Can anyone ID the two C-band dishes that are supposed to be a UFO?

So that fotog they interviewed (and who was seen holding a lantern in a pic) who said he saw the light under water, he didn't say whether he thought it was just from a lantern. Didn't say what it looked like to him at all(?)
