Can I get a DTV channel-list card?

When I had DISH -- I switched because of the OLN fiasco -- they sent me this convieniant laminated card which had a chart showing the various packages and corresponding channels. Does DTV have anything like this? (I did print out one from some website, but since the print was fairy large, the freakin thing ended up being 15 pages long! NOT conduscive to a quick look-up! And the list I tried at the DTV site caused my MSNTV thing to "crash" . . . if these things can do such a thing.)
