So I got this new panny 53, and its got a built in HD tuner, so I was thinking I could to the following...

(BTW my installer ran seperate line for dish and HD antenna)

Would you se any issue with getting a splitter and sending one line to the voom STB, and the other to my TV? Reason being, I can then PIP if I really want to, I dont PIP but for a splitter I have laying around and some extra coax....why not right? Do you see any issue with splitting it?

As long as your OTA signal is strong enough, you should have no problems plitting it. Splitting any signal will degrade it a bit. Might as well try it and watch the OTA channels to make sure you don't get any dropouts after the split.

My antenna coax (un-amped) is split 4 way at the junction box, then split again 3 way at my TV to feed 3 analog TVs, two HD receivers, and one sd tivo. Still get 100% on most channels.

You can't tell me that Voom and Installs, inc don't care

HELP! Install in progress right now but no signal!
