CANCELLED DTV SAT

WOW!!!
So we get a call at 8:30 am this morning asking why we cancelled our dtv service!!! So i tell the lady as to why we cancelled. So i explained as to why we cancelled our service number one we were not under a contract and now was the perfect time to run like hell and run like your hairs on fire!!! So i explained that they gave us a free year of service and they lost that and said that i was sick of calling in every month and trying to get the reps to credit the acct telling me that there seeing the notes on my acct and them coming up with lame excuses why there not going to credit my acct. one rep even gave us a snark remark telling us there not in business to give away free service i get that. but when your customer cancels out 15 accts within 3 months they know it's bad and is allowed to walk with no etf. so the rep asked if there was a way to win us back i was like i dunno. then i told em the only wat to win us back is to continue our free year!!! the rep was hesitant but they put us on hold and went to a higher up and they just tossed the amount to cover the remaining time left the rep even asked if we would come back if they just gave us the free year all over again. i just said i dunno there's all kinds of crap on my account that we did not authorize!!! the rep made sure there was nothing else on the acct other than what we authorized!!! as i explained to the rep it's a system glitch and it has been going on for 6-7 months and the craps getting old. they did re authorize the year free for all our troubles and they some how put a nice credit on my acct so the system won't get all stupid. we did end up going back hope to hell it's fixed this time :facepalm :coco. they know were shopping around for another service. no one should be having to call in pulling there hair out yelling and screaming wanting to throw the remote at the t.v.!!!:biggrin:D;). Hell i can't get them to take my acct away from AT&T it will happen when it does is all we hear even after telling em AT&T'S billing system for direct is a disaster!!! :facepalm :facepalm :coco :coco
