Cannot see network pc

I have the vip922 and in home media I can see 2 of the 3 pc's on my network.
but the one pc that has the movies I want watch are on a pc that is not visible...
any ideas?

Does the invisible PC have a DLNA server running?

Also, if you are using Windows Media player, make sure that you have network sharing enabled in the settings.
