Can't DVR open Flix?

I recorded several movies on Flix this weekend. "Tourist" did not play. It said "All or part of this program did not record. The channel wasn't in your package during broadcast. (721)" We tried to watch The Queen's Men and got the message after watching half of the movie. I called 1-800-531-5000. They didn't know what I was talking about. Then after a long delay they told me that Flix can not be recorded when it is open. They didn't know what "721" meant. Am I being told the truth??

A 721 code means you aren't subscribed to that channel. It sounds like an authorization problem. You can go on the Directv website and reauthorize your dvr. That may fix the problem.

raoul5788: Thanks. I'll give it a shot. I also found a couple of movies that did record in their entirety by FF to the end.
