I also don't have the "new hopper experience" app on either of my 2 hopper with sling receivers. Plus I never received the dreaded email. I have been a long term high value customer with Dish since 2000. I can only hope that they are waiting on the new interface!!!

I think it will descend upon us on the 22nd, as scheduled, to meet some external ADA requirements.

I suppose we will hear a blaring of trumpets when the download begins. ;)

Okay , I did what you said, then it wouldn't power up anymore...
So I called Dish told them what you said to do to fix it, They said " no problem, we'll send you a Hopper3 and 3 joeys of my choice and bill it to Satellite Guys"

I said thats works just fine.
