I was at my brother's house today in Queens, New York and was shocked to find out that TWC and his SA box freeze up occasionally resulting in a hard reboot. The problem occurs mostly when he switches between HD programming on Fox and then to HD Programming on CBS.
Any ideas or suggestions? By the way, he lives in an apartment building and it be too difficult to switch otu wires and stuff; but like I said previously, he gets audio when it happens, just no video so I doubt it is a signal issue
