I am glad to hear its back working for you and I check to see if there were any known issues with this channel and there were no updates on it.

When it’s not working what is happening, are you getting an error message or black screen? I do want to submit a detailed report about this so we can have a permanent fix.

Check your signal strength for transponder 13.

That is what I thought you would find. Fix that and the authorization problem will be gone.....

Could be a bad LNB (LNB drift) that may be happening on other channels you just have not discovered it yet.
