Why are most of the channels not available on radio but on the internet? It does not seem worth the price if you have to be on the internet to get most channels.

Because they are out of bandwidth on the satellites.

While some of the new channels ARE on satellite, you need a new radio to get them. Such as a SiriusXM Lynx or Onyx.

Over half of the Internet "channels" are sports team play-by-play that can also be heard on a radio channel. There's probably not more than 45 music channels not available on a radio compared to the 80 or so that are.
