i dont chat with dish everyday only once a week
They have got better things to do also. They need to help people with account problems. They don't need to waste time taking channel requests.i 've got other things to do instead of bothering dish all the time that is the reason why

The difference is that you are using the chat system for legimate reasons. The OP is using it for obsessive reasons.I use the CSR chat system as often as daily for service address changes. This link takes me directly to the chat connect page.
