According to "the list", the big 4 locals are on conus from 6156-6159, but they are red and labeled "not available"? Whats the deal? Are Chicago locals really not on conus anywhere anymore since like may of 2011?

because Chicago is a dual arc city the HD locals are on BOTH 61.5 and 129....again on spotbeam
The SD locals are on 110....again on spotbeam

Dish uplinks channels sometimes for no rhyme or reason. Heck they were uplinking stations to 148 which doesnt exist anymore...hasnt exist for a few years ;)

I believe you, I just would like to know why it says conus for echostar 15, if there is no such thing. I guess if they are going to up-link to non-existent satellites, none of this really matters at all.

Because lyngsat is wrong. As Iceburg said, there are no Chicago Conus on 61.5w. Just because it is in a table in "The List", does not mean it is or will become active.
