Will check please me out on this. Choice Xtra said that they have 40+HD Channels. Choice Ultimate said 45+HD Channels. I only see ONE between the two not FIVE.

Currently, I think you may be correct.
11 movie channels and a few music channels are added in Choice Ultimate from the Choice Xtra pack. The only one in HD that I can think of off hand is The Movie Channel (East) HD. However, this may change. For example, I would think Encore (East) HD will be added soon. I am also guessing that The Movie Channel Xtra may be coming in HD and in Choice Ultimate. Good observation.
