i just found that a little odd that this is the first time it is ever mention of this. its not noted anywhere, like in his bio or anything i have heard or read about chuck to date.

being from a cablevision area (before that manhattan cable)i can vouch for it! just like HBO wasn't hbo at first or the first sporting events i think were hockey playoffs and it wasn't called sportschannel at that time which becaime FSNY..everything evolves.But i do remember them carring the first soft core porn-playboy cant sat hard core hotels had that for awhile i think

It was a long time ago, but I do remember them having this Action Plus channel which eventually became the Playboy Channel. I am not sure if this means they started the Playboy channel or not, but I do remember them being the first one to carry it after this other channel became Playboy.

I was not attacking the author because of her gender. I didn't even mention gender. But her over familiar language is unprofessional. A prior quote in another article of someone using the diminuative form of address doesn't grant everyone the right to refer to him in the diminuative. I realize that at times this is the "I hate James Dolan" forum, but this man - whether he earned it, deserves it or not, is the CEO of a major corporation that would have made $600 million last year if his father hadn't pursued Voom service.

In a respectful society it isn't polite to call people diminuative names unless they desire that. Mr Dolan's chosen name is James. The other Mr Dolan's chosen name is Tom. (The other Mr Dolan doesn't seem to care.) Just like I wouldn't change your name to Victoria (which could be annoying since you have chosen Vicki) the reporter should have stayed with proper names.

That's my opinion. You don't agree. That's fine, just don't make up stories that my decision to not like her diminuative references was because she was female.

Where I come from, if someone "makes things up", they are called liars...I am clearly NOT. If you think you can...would you kindly point to anything in this thread (or any other if can find it) that I have ever "made up"? Just one rule...you've gotta leave it in context. I find nothing else in your post worthy of comment.

In many threads previously you've accused people of being ignorant, liars and more. It can be easy to lose track of who’s telling the truth and who’s not in more complex discussions that may span numerous threads, but this thread is pretty easy to follow.

Can you read? The header on my post said, “Pay attention fellas…” Notice?...plural and non-specific...

I strongly suggest you refrain from calling me a liar again unless you have a legitimate basis, not just your knee-jerk reaction to your apparent martyr complex.
