I vote that Installs, Inc. cancel its contracts with local installers who are continuously late, cancelling, or rescheduling appointments. "3 Strikes and You're Out" seems appropriate to me!

All the negative aside.... Here is a positive contact with Installs Inc... My installer for the original VOOM install was on time, very professional, and did a great job!

I called VOOM back after a few weeks because of an OTA problem (not voom or installs fault) and the installer who came out for that was on time, very professional and again he did a great job!

Installs Inc you are 2 for 2 with me!!!!!!!!!

Good Voom Installers

I also have had good luck with our installer in Las Vegas. Two guys, tht were on time professional, courteous, gave me some insight into what they were doing.

I also have some OTA issues that I have a scheduled appointment for. We'll see if they do as well. My OTA signal Strength is only about 82.
