Is their a provider for cnni ala carte on the C Band

I was able to point to 22w in Houston TX got some encrypted channels and only one fta channel but not getting CNNI or even signal at that TP.
Anybody getting CNNI?

I doubt that anyone in the western hemi (N S America)will see it as lyngsat says it's beamed to the east hemi, although, they may be wrong.
