It looks like Comcast HITS has finished converting all DCII combo mode HD channels to DVB-S2. There are now 5 empty transponders on AMC 18.
 
Let's hope they load these transponders up with services compatible with our DSR receivers. :)
 
It would be cool if they switched the SD stuff from SES-1 to AMC 18 and make a modulation change. That would be the cat's meow :D

The following services are on the other sat. These would fill up about 3 of those transponders, since they seem to be putting around 12 services per transponder.
If we had all of these added to the current choices, this would make up for losing the HBOs and SHOs, plus our soon to be loss of access to any masters. These would cause me to want to subscribe. But with our current choices, I personally see little value in it.
