I have a Cradlepoint router that has no Ethernet ports and I want to be able to go online without buying wireless adapters for my various "boxes". I have an unused old Belkin router and want to know if it's possible to use it.

RIt is possible if you can set the Belden up as a wireless repeater bridge. It certainly will be easier if you can flash the Belden with DD-WRT firmware which has all the optional settings needed for this configuration. Check the DD-WRT website to determine if you can install their firmware on your Belden router.

I had a Belkin router and am pretty sure it can work as a wireless access point out of the box with its own software.
