Connection DTV APP On Windows To DVR?

Hi. Anyone know when AT&T will let you connect the DTV APP on Windows to your DVR so you could watch your recordings and view the local channels just like on the Android and IOS APP's? Thanks.

Don't see this coming any time soon. They used to have a DirecTV2PC app but it was shut down several years ago. The streaming from DVR solution that used to be the Genie GO had a PC client, it didn't survive the transition to app based. They seem to be moving away from any PC viewing.
