Coolsat 5000 question

I am attempting to aim a Dish 500 to use with my Coolsat 5000 and am a little confused about the level and quality meters.
My mast is plumb and I get a "level" reading of 90, but a quality level of 6.
No matter where I turn the dish I still get red bars instead of green.
What am I doing wrong?

Answer:attempting to aim a Dish 500 to use with my Coolsat 5000

Dish antenna aren't big enough to use with free-to-air receivers, other than for receiving about 2 channels that aren't encrypted. I' m sure that's the whole idea, right?

What channels do you want to receive with the Dish500?
