coolsat 8000 universal lnb switch problem

hey all,
I have a coolsat 8000 with 3 dishes, two ku dishes (one at 101w and one at and one at 125w),
the third is an 8ft bud tuned to 87w. One of the two ku band lnbs is a standard and the other is a geosat small universal lnb. The bud has a standard c band digital lnb. This setup works great with a coolsat 5000 (my favorite box). But i have to use a coolsat 8000 to get dvb-s2 8psk. When i hook the 8000, I can not get it to switch to the universal lnb. Other lnbs work fine It just doesnt work on the universal lnb. Its a sonicview switch that comes with the 360 primier. When I hook the coolsat 5000 up with the same settings it works. I have tried everything please help if you can. defalt setting on the 8000 is universal 9.750/10600

turn 22khz on for that universal lnb. does it work then?

no option to turn it on, it is just set on auto when i pick universal lnb.
I tried using single with 22khs on but nothing

i used single with lof of 10600 and 22k on when i had my cs8100. thats all the help i got. are you using 2025a software version.?

My cs8000 works fine with a uni lnbf, either as 10600 22khz on or as 9750/10600 22khz auto. Firmware 12060F .

yeah the 10600 22k on option should work
