Coolsat Diseqc Switch

Guys, I'm having a bit of a hard time here. I have a Coolsat 4000 Pro slaved to a GI 550i IRD. I have to connect the Ku coax to the LNB1 port on
the Diseqc switch to get Ku channels. If I want to watch something on C-band, I have to switch cables. IOW, I can only get one port to work at a time. This is the third Diseqc switch I have tried. What in the world am I
doing wrong? Please help! Thanks

In the dish settings menu, did you select Diseqc 1.0 and choose the port number that you have the C-band LNB on? You need to do this per-sat.

I have also noticed this. The Coolsat is a bit different than setting up a Pansat for a switch.
