I just got DTV installed and the tech said that it is possible to get cable and dtv on one tv but he said he couldn't do it b/c he didn't have the necessary equipment. Does anyone know what I would need to do in order to get both to work.
Thanks

Run the Directv feed and the Cox feed into an A/B switch and switch to the provider you want to watch or connect the Directv box to one input on your tv and the Cox input to another and switch between your tv inputs.

well the thing is that he tapped into my existing cables to bring in the satellite feed. I was just wondering if there was a way that I could split the different feeds so that I could hook one up to one input and the other to another input. He mentioned something about a digital diplexer but he didn't explain it very well.
