CW Central at 91W Scrambled?

It is showing scrambled here. East & West are ok.
Is it just me? Hope they don't scramble for good.

just checked here in Minneapolis. Working fine

turn off your box in the back and then turn on!! That usually fix this issue with my CS8000HD

Duh, me! I don't know how with no manual editing on the S9, but the PID's all changed on CW central. I checked the file I put in it and they were ok...somehow? they changed. They changed to 256,257,256.
