D* called ME about an upgrade, huh?

I just missed an automated phone call ("Karen" left me a voice mail) from D* telling me they're shipping me a new HD receiver to replace my old one. Why? I have no idea. Which receiver? I have no idea. We have 2 receivers, a Samsung sir360, and an H20 ... it said I need to do this in order to keep receiving my local channels (which I get OTA as we're not in a locals market) ...

What are they talking about? Which receiver do they mean?

The samsung probably, it doesnt get the new mpeg4 hd locals.

Do you by any chance have an hd tivo?
