Yeah thats crazy how cats will do that. It seems like I hear that their always chewing on all kinds of cables.

Some do, some don't. I have one that never does, and another - well, intellectually challenged. He once started swallowing a 3 foot long orange ribbon. Had to pull it out. Another time, he hacked up another bit of orange ribbon, all balled up. Could have killed him if it bound up his intestines. Seems impossible to keep everything away from him, and he never learns. Great lap cat, though.

We have seven cats, and none have ever chewed up anything worth while. However, the dogs seem to chew on everything within their reach.

It was only this one cable, might have had something to do with it being white or maybe an odor about it, regardless though the next one will have a coating of habanero pepper juice on it for a few days to teach her not to do it anymore.
