Digital Sub-channel Guide Info

Is there a method for requesting Dish add sub-channel guide info? Dish provides it for some channels and not others. Recently Bounce TV (13.2) and Movies! (13.3) were added as sub-channels to channel 13 KCOP here in Los Angeles. It would be great to get guide info to go with them.

Try writing to dishquality@echostar.com. Be persistent and keep responding and emailing till you get a response ,other than the canned response. There is no guarantee they will ever add it, but you can try. I finally got my guide info for Metv in our area after requesting it for these sub channels for years. It had more to do with the main channel broadcasting the sub channels on a different tower ,but it finally has guide information.
