The install happened just like I figured but this whole thing is puzzling. The client can see all the recordings on the Genie and tune in all channels yet the only connections in common are RF in from the SWM splitter, power and HDMI cables to my AVR receiver. I haven't tried watching anything on the Genie DVR. The module number of the client is a C61K-700. Now I have 2 remotes one for the Genie and one for the client. Watching a Queen concert in 4K HDR on the client right now. It won't let me record the remainder of the concert. There is a college football game at 7:30 tomorrow night. I have set it to record. Pretty sweet.

The Genie DVR (HR54) is a MoCA server, The C61K is connected to it through the coax cable.
