Directv Triple LNB Dish or a DISH 500

will a fta receiver work on a Directv triple LNB dish

I am considering on buying a FTA receiver and I like to know will it work on a Directv Triple LNB Dish

It will default to just the 101w satellite LNBF, so there is no benefit from using this dish......

Plus a regular 18" and DBS LNB (Or Phase III DirecTV Dish) will only get a few channels......

You NEED at least a 30" dish and a KU LNBF for 98% of the LEGAL FTA channels up there!
