I can't seem to locate a YouTube app on my Dish system , or a method to install it.

According to this page; Watch Youtube on TV - Play YouTube Video on Hopper 3 | DISH, I am supposed to navigate to to the Apps screen on your Hopper by pressing Home and selecting Apps.

After pressing the Home button, I do not see 'Apps'

Any suggestions on getting YouTube on my Dish account?

First, you need a Hopper 3. Next you must have internet connected to that Hopper. Do you meet that criteria?

My equipment list is:
HOPPER3
JOEY3.0 x2
4KJOEY
And the Hopper is internet connected.

Are you doing that from one of your Joeys? Regular Joeys do not get Youtube, only the Joey 4. You should see the Youtube app on your Hopper provided you are internet connected. Another way to get to Youtube on that Hopper is to go to channel 371.

That must be the magic! And yes I was trying to do this from a joey. If I add YouTube from the Hopper, will that be available to the Joeys?

No, regular Joeys can't do Youtube at all.

Upgrade to Joey 4, and the YouTube will be there.
This will also enable not only 4K, but HDR on that Joey 4. This will allow you to watch 4K/HDR event on the 540 channels using that Joey.
