Yes, and everything we read on the Internet is true.Didn't you know that those can be bought?! Back in the late 90's there was an article in the Rocky Mountain News about Dish's Customer Service and that it was the worst in the country. Then a JDPA shows up. I thought WTF!! So I called and was able to talk to the person that authorized the award. You could do that back then. He said, "They didn't win it, they bought it!!"
So every time I see those flaunted, I think yeh, right.

They fired a ton of customer service agents before I quit from all locations and closed down a few call centers. There are much less working for DISH now.
I called to get a deal because of the lost RSNs. They had a special # on their auto answer system for RSNs. It had a 15 minute delay. I hung up and called back and selected programming update and was connected immediately, I got a deal on the multi-sport package for $6.50(50%) for 6 months.
You do realize that the package includes a lot more than the RSNs don’t you?
