Dish Network Channel Chart - all RSNs in HD listed?

Sorry - newb question here...

Looking at EKB: Dish Network Channel Chart (Unofficial), I see both FSNBA HD and Comcast Sportsnet West (Sacramento) HD have a place reserved for them (channels 369 and 359)...

The question is..is there a usual timeframe in which E* makes these channels available? I know its hit or miss with HD stuff...but not having FSNBA in HD is killing me.

No, several of these have be uplinked for months and still not turned on.

Unfortunately as garys said, no there is not a specific timeframe for these channels going live. FWIW the next HD channel scheduled to debut is History HD and that will be on September 1st. My guess is that if you do not see these go live on September 1st or September 15th you could be in for a long wait.

Thanks - that's kind of what I was thinking. I know Comcast's purchase of the majority of FSNBA doesn't help, either.

Comcast Sports Net Chicago just went live, so there's still hope.

Maybe we'll see them after baseball season, 'cuz they're just protecting us from the Giants and A's . . .
