Dish Network Customer With Questions

Hey all

I am currently a dish network customer that only has access to the 61.5 orbital. I have to line of site to the 110 and 119 orbitals. I am wanting to get my locals or any network channels (fox, cbs, abc, nbc) on dish network but it will never happen. Is there an orbital that direct tv uses that is close to the 61.5 that also has locals on it? If I could get locals thru dish network, they would be from harrisonburg va
