I'm finishing up a bit of exterior remodeling, and will be remounting my dish (or the installer will) soon. I have a clear view of everything in all of the arcs (From 61 all the way past 129 degrees). I'll be setting pipes in concrete and re mounting dish. My question is, for Tennessee (halfway between Memphis and Nashville), which would be better? east or west arc?

Here in northern VA, the elevation angle to EA is quite a bit higher than WA sats. I find this reduces the chances of rain fade.

I'm on the eastern arc north of Jackson, TN seems to do pretty well as far as rain fade goes, although I haven't used the western arc at this particular location to really compare which is better.
