Dish Network Sub Contracting

I hope you guy's can direct me into a good direction.

I'm trying to find a sub contractor to work for. I've been out of the installation business for about 3 years, but, I still have all my equipment and I have installed for DTV, Time Warner and Verizon FIOS. I still remember how to run cable in the field.

I live in Little Elm Tx that's near by Plano, Frisco, McKinney area.

Any help or advise would help me out a lot.

Do you know what their pay rate is, or if they provide the cable and fittings or do the contractors have to buy them?

CVC in plano not to bad they pay 75/14 as a pay scale and you buy all your supplies but they can payroll deduct
