Dish Pause and Locals

Dish must be really wanting to get people off of have the locals via satellite. Recently came off Dish Pause for the umpteenth time and this is the first time they restored my programming without the locals activated. Yes, I had satellite provided locals when I went on Dish Pause.

Since I have a Tablo for OTA DVR I am going to leave it this way.

He has a huge grudge against DISH but can't knock his knowledge. And when you bring CSR's into the equation I'll go with his explanation.
