Dish Scapes on 199 is interesting

August's Dish Watch Event is "Under the Sea" and the Dish Scape description says "take a dive under the sea as the ocean comes to life with a shipwreck and sunken treasure." That sounds like it could be interesting!

Oh good, maybe we will get to see The Little Mermaid.

I do not share jerryez's position that it is boring almost immediately. Watching acquariums, wbether virtual or real, are soothing.

I would love an alternate channel that was a Fish Tank. That would be pretty sweet

Maybe for Shark Week, Dish could do a Dish Scapes that is a shark tank.

I like it. Very relaxing, which is the point of these Dishscapes. I don't think they are meant to be riveting viewing.

I would have to think they will update the Dish Scape after Shark Week. That advertisement that appears in the ocean floor would be weird to have after shark week is over.

I would guess "yes". A mermaid does a somersault during that brief appearance as well. I also noticed some humpback whales which I don't think anybody mentioned above.
