Can someone tell me why I'm getting a msg of cannot locate terminal location? Double checked all connections. All coordinance are within 10ft.

That would suggest that the modem thinks your location is outside the footprint, so may be an input error.
Were coordinates entered in the correct format?
If I recall, you can't use DMS. It's gotta be DD MM.xxxxxx
Plus latitude has to be North, longitude has to be Wesl
