Am I losing my mind, or haven't I DIU'd via chat? She wouldn't do it and said I had to call in...

I was told the same thing, yet I could buy two new 20&21 remotes and have them charged to my bill. They need a webpage that allows you to purchase equipment!

I never tried the chat. But I couldn't do it via phone either! Eventually, after waiting a month, the ceo addy came through with 2 VIP612 receivers to replace my owned 501 and 625. I'm a little nervous about that since I've heard so many horror stories of spontaneous conversion of owned to leased.
