I am in Hartford, CT DMA and get WCBS, WNBC and WNYW (FOX) out of NY for free in SD (they are my Neighboring Channels). Should I be getting the HD versions (Channel 80, 82, 86, and 88) for free? All help is appreciated.

No. WNBC was in hd for a while, but that is because WVIT is owned by the newwork.
