Does DTV have Chicago locals nationally like dish did with Conus or just spot beam?

Chicago's SD locals are on 101 using a spot beam. Spots are good for maybe a maximum of 250 miles from the center of the spot.

The Big4 were on CONUS but went spotbeam this past Wednesday. Now the "movers" who are way out of the spotbeam are complaining
