Downgrade Fee

Does Direct charge a downgrade fee when dropping some programs ala Dish?

I think i remember the answer being ..

"no .. as long as you have the channel/package for a total of 30 days .. then there is no downgrade fee, but if you have it for a day or a week and then downgrade it is $10"

But i'd wait for someone to come along that knows for sure.
