Lately its always been 90 plus but tonight it is 98! I think thats as high as I've ever seen the Coolsat 5000 meter.
It was mentioned in an earlier post that Melissa Scott said that the University Network was going Ku-Band full time. No idea if or when this will happen.
They've been KU for about 9-10 years now 
I know she has mentioned them shutting down the C-Band analog transmission a few times (W3 TP20)
