Hi, I have got Dreambox DM100S hoping that can catch some FTA channels from Galaxy 19. But then figured out that that satellite is not in the list of the satellites in the receiver. That receiver is not North American configuration. The seller from ebay said that I need to flash the receiver. Honestly telling I have no idea how to do that. Please provide me some guidance.

I have no personal experience with this receiver but from a quick search of the forums it appears it was not very highly thought of: http://www.satelliteguys.us/xen/threads/dreambox-v2-dm100.323074/ and http://www.satelliteguys.us/xen/thr...ration-for-north-america.308222/#post-3133696
I did find something on the internet regarding generating a custom satellite list and installing it. No idea if it will work so try it at your own risk: http://www.satellitehome.ca/fta-receiver-support/dreambox-dm100s-updating/

You don't need to change your sat list, especially if you are just wanting to view one satellite. Just configure the settings of the receiver properly and either blind scan or manually input the transponder info.

The receiver doesn't "know" or care what satellite it is aimed at. If the dish is aimed properly and your receiver is configured properly that is all you need to be watching Galaxy 19, no matter what satellite "name" the receiver displays.
