DTV36EDS - Transponder levels

Hi,

Help please - can anyone provide me with the transponder levels they are observing with the DTV36EDS dish for satellite 95.0W. I'm observing levels ranging from the low 70s to 90 on one of the transponders. I thought these levels were acceptable, however, I'm getting pixellation of some of the channels. I'm not sure whether I have an alignment problem, a switch prblem (WB68), or a cable problem. Could my lnb be bad?

The first thing I would be is bypass the WB68 to eliminate it as the problem.
