(based on the running time in the guide, it looks like the extended version! This'll replace my TNT version I presently have archived. ) I hope they TTT & ROTK as well!

It's on Starz! right this moment and it's WINDOWBOXED! Why on earth did they windowbox it?!? That rightly sucks... No point in recording it on 351 later tonight or this coming Friday for that matter...

In a horrendous manner of speaking, yup. When the listing didn't contain the (HD) tag, I should've known something was amiss. I'm wondering, seems to me when it ran on Starz originally, I had an 811 then and it was in HD, wasn't it? If TNT airs it in HD (such as TNT is), why the heck isn't Starz? They sure as heck can't tell me they don't have it available in HD... Sheesh...

I can only remember the TNT airings from my first HD receiver before the 811 & 921's (which were 1920 x 1080i in high bit rate...

I sent some Feedback to Starz last night about the windowbox issue. Today (as I write), LOTR is being shown full-screen HD. Granted, it's not OAR, but it's not miniturized now and it looks good! I'll be recording the Starz-W airing at 5:45 pm PDT.

I have no idea if the feedback I sent helped, but I'm glad to see it outside of the windowbox.
