Equipment to split satellite signal

I'm actually not so worried about the ability to receive those signals right now.
I'm actually more worried about the actual equipment setup for a 400 apartment building. Thanks
The fact that each of four outputs from the LNBs needs to be handled (instead of two), impacts heavily on the equipment needed to route the signal to all the apartments.

I suggest you go to the Satellite shops off Naif Park, Diera, Dubai. There are several wholesale shops who specialise in Head end equipment. Comin-tec is one shop that springs to mind.
If cost is not a problem you could go optical using Invacom optical LNBs.
