Error Messsage on MRV recording

Playback failed. No audio/video data packets received from server. What is the cause of this? This has occured more frequently as of late. Thanks in advance.

I don't get that anymore since I fixed all of the IP addresses but when I used to get it I would just try again and it would work after a few tries.

I have 2 hr24's and an h24 and an h23. Worked flawlessly for 6 months.
