What does that have to do with only Dish Network charging for sending back equipment?

If your cable company requires you to deliver your cable boxes (as mine do), is it any different than what DISH is asking?

No cable box pick up here in Charlotte. You have to return all the equipment your self to one of their stores.

Same here, each store is a 7 mile drive...

Sane here in Rochester NY and the nearest store is over 15 miles away.

Mediacom here will either let you drop off equipment at their office, pick it up at your house or send you a prepaid box to return equipment.

No cable here, they won't even run the lines here. Where I used to live I had cable and I absolutely hated it. That was 20 years ago so things have changed a lot. But I go to my parents and they have TWC and I have to hold my nose to use their DVR.

Dish Network started broadcasting in 1996.

I started in 2010.... when I first started working for them....lol... I previously had Coparents), TWC(Ft Hood Tx), DTV(Brother), and AFN(Germany/Kuwait/Iraq). I think I will stick with Dish for awhile. I like their equipment, lineups and options significantly more.
