excede installation certification

Does anyone know if you were wildblue certified can you get a cross certification for exceed and not have to do hands on training? If so how

I'd say you need both recertification and hands-on. You were originally certified under Wildblue tenure. WB is now owned by ViaSat, hence the new name (Exede). New name, new hardware, new procedures. Click here to get started.
